Frequently asked questions

What exactly will I learn?

You’ll learn a proven method on how to approach compensation conversation with your current or future employer that doesn’t risk your employment and helps get results.

We will cover how you can look to improve your overall compensation, not just salary.

Yes, this workshop has helped others get a raise and better job offers. We’ve worked with individuals starting their careers, 10 years into their career, and 35 years in their careers to secure raises and better job offers.

This is different as we offer not only course material, but also access to a community of others going through the workshop and access to your facilitator leading up to your compensation conversation.

Most individuals coming into the program feel this way. However, we use a technique and methodology that makes it easy and approachable for both you and your employer.

Yes, the workshop will benefit you with any employment situation.

Yes, everyone in the cohort gets one-on-one time with the facilitator and time for feedback.

The workshop will be 1 hour of content.

If you choose!

You can pay an upfront, flat-fee or commit to a revenue-sharing agreement. If the training really provides value for you, we ask for some compensation, too!

If you opt not to pay upfront, then we ask for 15% of an annual salary increase of 6% or higher, paid over the course of a year (as of the time of this writing).

This is guided by the terms the individual agreement made with the Guild upon starting the workshop; to be paid out over the course of a year. And only for the first qualifying salary increase after taking the workshop.

· Before seminar: $50,000 annual salary
· After seminar: $54,000 annual salary (8% increase)
· Increase = $4,000
· 15% of increase = $600 owed to the Guild
· Payment plan: $50 per month, beginning 60 days after the raise goes into effect, until $600 is fully paid.
